What was once a snack bar and pro shop counter, is now a full service restaurant, bar, and fully stocked retail Pro Shop.  The Stonybrook operation has changed as well with detailed golf carts, friendly customer service, and improved course conditions.  Whether you're a full time Litchfield County resident, or weekend visitor, Stonybrook has something for everyone with affordable pricing, upscale cuisine, and a welcoming and approachable player experience.

Designed by Al Zikorus in the mid 1950s, a Ross apprentice, Stonybrook Golf Course has provided the golfing public with a challenging, picturesque, and enjoyable layout nestled in the Hills of Litchfield, Connecticut.   The Par 35  layout, features 9 holes of hilly terrain and loads of charming golf character.  Holes provide generous fairways and consistently manicured greens with scenic Butternut Brook weaving throughout.  Golfers can expect to use every club in the bag as Stonybrook will test players with its uneven lies, changes in elevation, and undulating putting surfaces.  Multiple tee placements and pin locations are available making Stonybrook a challenge to the advanced player, while providing an environment to learn and improve, fostering fun for players of all skill levels.
