BIO: Jill grew up in the golf business spending her childhood mowing greens and working in the golf shop at her parents’ two public golf courses.  An accomplished junior golfer and high school state champion field hockey player, Jill attended Wheaton College in Norton MA, and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Economics.

After graduation, she enrolled in the PGA program and became a Class A PGA member working for the PGA TOUR as the First Assistant at TPC Boston in Norton MA, hosting a Fedex Cup TOUR Event.  Jill also spent the winter working as the First Assistant Professional at Indian Creek Country Club in Miami FL and in the summer at the Weston Golf Club outside of Boston running many ladies golf program and a large merchandise operation. Over the years, Jill has specialized in growing and sustaining women’s golf programs at Woods Hole Golf Club, and Pocasset Golf Club on Cape Cod, and in 2013 won the NEPGA’s Player Development Award.  She has also received consistent recognition for her efforts in merchandising by receiving Golf World Business Magazine’s Top 100 Golf Shops in America for Private Clubs Award 2004-2008, and 2010-2013.

In 2012, Jill and her husband Jon opened an upscale modern American restaurant in Falmouth MA called C Salt Wine Bar & Grille, where Jon was named Best of Boston’s Top Chef on Cape Cod.  After selling their restaurant post Covid in 2021, Jill and her husband moved back to her hometown of Litchfield to purchase her family’s 9 hole public golf course, and raise their 2 children, Ella age 9 and Drew age 8.  After undergoing a massive clubhouse renovation in 2021, Stonybrook Golf & Clubhouse Provisions reopened in August 2022 with improved course conditions, an elevated merchandise and tournament program, extensive instructional program offerings for women and juniors, and a full service casual fine dining restaurant and function space. 

In her free time Jill enjoys traveling, dining out, and playing golf with her family.
